I’m a big fan of instant messaging, but choose to use a multi-protocol client instead of single protocol clients like Yahoo! Messenger and AOL Instant Messenger.
Since I run Windows as my desktop on most of my PCs, Microsoft wants me to use their Windows Messenger client, so much, in fact, that it automagically starts all by itself – even though I’ve told it *not* to repeatedly.
So, here’s how to disable it for good. Bye bye…
